The discussion system, Lyris, is really easy to use.

To join you need to click the big join button AND reply to the email confirming that you want to join.

If you don't reply to this email you will not be able to post to or read any of the discussion lists.

Once you have joined you can access your account by clicking on the Members Discussion Lists button on the main web-site and selecting Access Discussion Lists. Or just use this link...

You will then be presented with a list of the discussion groups available, you need to log in to access these you can do that by either clicking on the log in link at the top right or clicking on any of the discussion groups.

Once you are logged in you will see a link to My Account, clicking on this will give you access to the admin system and you can change any of the options of the lists

Have messages sent as they are posted,

Get a daily digest

Get no email and only use the web interface

You can change these list by list or globally. To change globally slect the Advanced tab and then select this list only or all lists.
